Under the term sports law it is not possible to imagine a full-fledged legal sector, it regards rather a connection between the field of law and sport. Since 2017 the attorney-at-law Mgr. Ing. Mgr. Jiří Dostál has been active as a registered intermediary of the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FAČR) and in the area of this law our law office offers complete services to its clients namely in the area of preparation of contracts not only for sports associations but also for football clubs and players themselves. We represent sportsmen, sportswomen and sports organisations in entering into contracts, we negotiate with sponsors and insurance companies, we represent sportsmen, sportswomen and sports organizations in arbitrations and court proceedings, we also represent sportsmen and sportswomen in disciplinary proceedings.
