We provide legal services in the whole process of protection and enforcement of rights and justified interests of the client, starting with his representation in dealing with private entities, we have experience with representation of natural persons and legal entities in civil and criminal court proceedings, with representation in administration proceedings before administrative bodies and other institutions as well as at the level of European and international institutions.

In addition to the representation in the whole court proceeding we provide also partial services such as drafting or revisions of contracts, drawing up of actions, applications, complaints and remedial measures, we perform legal escrow deposits of both money and instruments and we are authorized to make declarations about genuineness of signatures on instruments (official authentication of signatures).

We are also able to provide legal assistance outside the Czech Republic.

We pay attention to efficiency and promptness when providing legal services.

The price for provision of legal services is governed by Regulation of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Sb., on remuneration of attorneys-at-law and compensations of attorneys-at-law for provision of legal services (Attorneys-at-law Tariff). The remuneration may then be non-contractual, contractual. The payments are made in the form of advance payments. You have your costs always under control.
